Miramichi Regional Health Authority is dedicated to providing quality client-centered care to the people of our community. The villages of Baie Ste.-Anne, Blackville, Neguac, Rogersville, and the City of Miramichi, and surrounding areas, with a population of approximately 50,000, combine to create the service area of The Miramichi Regional Health Authority. It operates one of New Brunswick's newest state-of-the-art, 161-bed, acute care Miramichi Regional Hospital as well as five health clinics, the Extra Mural Program, a unique community based program, public health and community mental health.
Situated in the north-eastern part of New Brunswick, that stretches along the world renown Miramichi River. Beautiful landscapes, interesting coves and salt water beaches are added attractions as are the wooded areas that create a back drop for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails.
